1. Purpose of the site
This website presents DYGI powered by dygital solutions, including artificial intelligence chatbots, automations, CRM, ERP, point-of-sale, applications and custom systems. Public information is descriptive and does not by itself constitute a final contractual offer.
2. Proposals, prices and scope
Published prices apply to the plans described and may depend on taxes, configuration, integrations and third-party services. Custom systems are quoted by scope. A signed proposal and agreement prevail over general website wording.
3. Third-party services
WhatsApp, Meta, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Google Calendar, payment gateways, servers, domains and other platforms may charge their own fees, change policies or limit features. Unless expressly stated in a proposal, those charges are not included in DYGI pricing.
4. Features under development
TikTok integration is shown only as an upcoming capability. It is not active, included or guaranteed until DYGI formally announces it and confirms technical and contractual availability.
5. Permitted use
Users must not use the site or solutions for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or privacy-invasive activities, unsolicited messaging, rights violations or breaches of connected-platform policies.
6. Content, data and intellectual property
The brand, design, text, demonstrations and site software are protected under applicable law. Ownership and licensing of custom developments, configurations, customer content and data will be defined in each agreement or proposal.
7. Availability and support
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the site available. Maintenance, third-party failures or events outside DYGI’s control may occur. Applicable service and support levels will be those agreed in writing for each engagement.
8. Liability
Demonstrations and assessments are informational. Commercial and technical decisions should be based on a scope review. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DYGI is not liable for misuse of the site, inaccurate information supplied by the user or interruptions attributable to third parties.
9. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice and, when services are contracted, the specific agreed conditions.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The current version is published on this page. Unless an agreement provides otherwise, they are interpreted under applicable Mexican law.
